'Malta's Hottest Export' Joseph Armani is an award winning Dj, Producer and Entrepreneur who has been at the forefront of Malta's clubbing scene for the best part of 15 years.

Armani's Career has been defined by landmark achievements, pioneering vision and a thirst for adventure. In 2000, he moved to Berlin to continue a musical journey which had started in his early teens as Malta's youngest DJ at the legendary 'Miracles' Bar.

The change of countries naturally saw a change in Armani's musical style, and he quickly caught onto the emerging sounds of 'Wet & Hard'. He has since become one of the pioneering figures in the increasingly popular genre, and has seen his stock rise across many of the former eastern block countries. In recent years Armani has played in Poland, Czech Republic, Serbia, Russia and Slovakia, as well as several German cities.

In Spring 2001 Armani teamed up with Corvin Dalek to produce his first single on Flesh called "Ride Me (Ħu Pjaċir)". This impressive debut quickly became a cult favourite of the Maltese clubbing scene, and won best single of the year at the Maltese Music Awards in 2001. A year later Joe released his first solo single with "Very Nice" on Flesh scoring popular hits in Malta and Poland especially. In 2003, Joe met young and talented German producer Jan Kessler sparking a collaboration which resulted in "Infatuation" on Casino Records/Aroma Music, Berlin which became a favorite with top international DJs such as David Guetta and John Digweed. Late in 2004 David Guetta and Bob Sinclair's brand new "F*** Me I'm Famous!" label signed up 'Infactuation' as their first release. Joe was also asked by Ministry of Sound Germany to remix the legendary Tyree Cooper's latest single "On Tha Floor".

In recent years Joe has been responsible for some of Malta's most memorable party nights, with his own promotions, collaborations with DJ Ruby, Fresh Music agency and other local names. Joe has also invited like likes of DJ Lottie and Sonique to play at events such as ARMANIMANIA, ALL NIGHT LONG, & ARMANI & CO.
